Overall amazing and perfect location really close to the centre, and the restaurant. Also, to boats. Nicely decorated and luxurious room and particularly good bathroom with a spa bathtub, a walk-in shower, and terry dressing gowns. The staff was helpful and attentive and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel has exceptionally good rooms complete with the patio, 3 single beds, for instance. The setting is amazing and unbeatable, very close to the cave, the airport, and Halong Bay.

We absolutely loved this place during our trip, the location was stunning and perfect as it was really close to Ha Long Bay, the airport, and the center, plus it was near the cave with a special vibe.

The decoration of the hotel was absolutely lovely, especially the beautiful floral arrangements throughout the common areas. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility of the hotel, with well-placed handrails and spacious elevators that made getting around a breeze.

I would have loved to see more organized activities specifically tailored for senior guests. It would have been nice to have a dedicated staff member or concierge who could provide recommendations and assistance specifically for senior travelers.

We spent an amazing New Year's Eve on a luxurious boat in Vietnam. the staff was outstanding, always going out of their way to make us feel special. the food was delicious, especially the seafood. We enjoyed the stunning views from the boat's deck, and the biggest bathroom we've seen on a cruise. Plus, there was a fantastic bathtub looking out at the bay, perfect for a relaxing soak.

The prices for drinks were quite high, so we recommend bringing your own drinks to avoid the charges. During the night, the scene was a bit quiet and boring, so we suggest bringing music or entertainment.

During my stay at Aspira Cruise, I was blown away by the beautiful ship and the stunning room I had. The pictures I saw beforehand did not do justice to the actual experience. The bathtub, bed, and the views from my balcony were absolutely amazing. The attention to detail in the room, with clean and fresh linen and perfect pillows, made for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my entire stay.

Although there were a few minor maintenance issues on the boat, it did not significantly impact my overall experience. Additionally, the transfer from the cruise to Ninh Binh was a bit disappointing due to a long wait and a reckless driver.

Staying in the centre of one of Vietnam's most popular destinations, surrounded by boats in Ha Long Bay is an amazing experience. the staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the rooms are beautiful, just like the pictures. Enjoy a relaxing soak in the bathtub, taking in the breathtaking views of the bay from your window. the tour itinerary is packed with fun activities but take time for the fishing village and caves. Do all the activities, including the 6am Tai Chi class with the cruise manager.

While the drinks prices were high, there were some simple ways to manage costs.

Excellent communication, attentive staff, luxurious rooms with great views, delicious meals, fantastic activities.
